file in a Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2003 presentation, the sound file stops
playing after playing only one time. The sound file does not play
continuously. CAUSEThis issue may occur when all the following conditions are
true:
WORKAROUNDTo work around this issue, obtain a copy of the WMA sound
file that is not copy-protected with Digital Rights Management. RESOLUTIONThis problem was first fixed in a hotfix that is now contained in a service pack. If you installed the latest Office 2003 service pack, you do not have to install the hotfix. Service pack informationThis problem is corrected in Office 2003 Service Pack 3.
