CAUSEThese issues may occur because a Microsoft Windows
Management Instrumentation (WMI) provider or a third-party WMI provider exceeds
values that are set for the MemoryPerHost or HandlesPerHost properties. These values are defined in the __ProviderHostQuotaConfiguration class of the root namespace.
