Consider the following scenario. You have a Microsoft Windows XP-based client computer, a file server and a DPM server. You enable the EUR functionality on the DPM server and install the hotfix that is mentioned in this article on your client computer. Now, if you try to recover an earlier version of a file or folder from the file server, your computer automatically tries to recover the file or folder from the DPM server. This behavior occurs if the following conditions are true:
RESOLUTIONTo use the EUR functionality, you must update the Timewarp client on the client computer. To do this, install the program update that is mentioned in the following Microsoft Knowledge Base article: 903234
