On This PageSYMPTOMSConsider the following scenario. On a Microsoft Windows Server 2003-based computer, you run a program that uses Network Monitor APIs to capture the network throughput of a TCP/IP session. When the program calls the IStats::GetTotalStatistics method to obtain the statistics of the current network throughput capture, the values that are returned in the TotalBytesFiltered and TotalBytesCaptured fields are much smaller than expected. The returned values are much smaller than the actual bytes that are filtered and captured when the program filters an IP address pair.
