The input method editor status changes to full-shape mode when you switch back to the Traditional Chinese input method editor in Windows XP Service Pack 2

You use the Traditional Chinese input method editor (IME) for Microsoft Windows XP, and you switch to the Microsoft New Phonetic IME 2002a input method editor. The IME status changes to full-shape mode when you switch back to the Traditional Chinese IME.
This problem occurs if you have installed Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2).
