Message when you try to enter a time entry in Accounting Express, in Accounting Professional, or in Small Business Accounting: "Please set Duration to a positive time of less than or equal to 24 hours"

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. In the Navigation Pane pane, click Employees.
2. Under Start a Task, click New Employee.
3. Enter a name in the Employee name box.
4. Click Save and Close.
5. In the Navigation Pane pane, click Employees.
6. Under Start a Task, click New Time Entry.
7. In the Employee Name box, select the new employee who you created.
8. In the Duration (hours) box, enter 0 or a number that is greater than 24.
9. Click Save and Close.
