This Support WebCast discusses certification authority diagnostics and troubleshooting tools that are available in both Microsoft Windows Server 2003 and Microsoft Windows 2000. The WebCast also talks about evaluating Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) health in both operating systems.

Shawn Rabourn joined Microsoft in September 2001, and is currently a support engineer with the Windows Server Directory Services team. He has been a leader in PKI support for PSS for more than two years. Shawn graduated in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Colorado State University. Shawn holds the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD), Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA), Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), and Microsoft Certified Application Developer (MCAD) certifications.
