CAUSEThis problem occurs because the DNS server response is larger than the maximum User Datagram Protocol (UDP) response size of 512 bytes. If this condition is true, the communication should switch to use Transmission Control Protocol (TCP). However, the DNS Client in Windows CE 5.0 does not switch to TCP, and the DNS Client reports an error.
