Outlook Express 6.0 stops responding when you try to log on to your e-mail accountArticle ID: 898123 SYMPTOMSWhen you start Microsoft Outlook Express 6.0, you may be prompted to log on to your e-mail account by typing the user name and the password in the Log on dialog box. However, if you click the Outlook Express window, Outlook Express stops responding. Additionally, the Log on dialog box disappears. When you click the Outlook Express window again, the Log on dialog box does not reappear. CAUSEThis problem occurs when all the following conditions are true:
