This issue occurs when the address contains 260 or more characters. CAUSEThis issue occurs because of a limitation in the drag-and-drop feature of the Internet Explorer address bar. WORKAROUNDTo work around this issue, use one of the following methods: Method 1: Copy and paste the addressTo work around this issue, copy the address, and then paste the address to the new location:
Method 2: Drag the Internet Explorer icon from the title barTo work around this issue, drag the Internet Explorer icon from the title bar at the top of the browser window to the new location.Method 3: Create a Favorite and drag it to the new locationTo work around this issue, create a Favorite. Then, drag the Favorite to the new location:
