On This PageSYMPTOMSAssume that you create a new access rule or that you modify an existing access rule in Microsoft Internet Security and Acceleration (ISA) Server 2004. When you apply these changes to your firewall policy, users who are connected to the Internet experience approximately a 10-second delay when they try to log on to an external Web site. When you create a new access rule or when you modify an existing one, you do not expect this action to affect user Internet connections. CAUSEThis problem occurs if the following conditions are true:
