A Windows SharePoint Services site is not created when you use the Project Data Service "ProjectCreate" method to create a new project in a Project Server 2003 site
SYMPTOMS Consider the following scenario. You use the Project Data
Service (PDS) ProjectCreate method to create a new project in a Microsoft Office Project
Server 2003 site. However, a Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services site is not
created for the new project. CAUSEThis issue occurs if the following conditions are true:
WORKAROUNDTo work around this issue, add a mapping for the .wsdl file
name extension to the Project Server 2003 site. Follow these steps for each new
site that you created on the server by using the EditSite tool:
