An object in a PowerPoint 2003 presentation may not appear in some views
SYMPTOMS When you view a Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2003 presentation that contains an object, such as a background, a picture, a chart, or a movie, the object may not appear in some views. For example, the object may appear in Slide Show view. However, when you view the presentation in Normal view, the object does not appear. CAUSEThis issue may occur because of a Microsoft Windows compatibility issue between the graphics adaptor driver and PowerPoint 2003. WORKAROUND Sometimes, if you use a lower value for the Windows hardware acceleration feature, the object in the PowerPoint 2003 presentation will appear in all views. To change the value for the hardware acceleration feature, follow these steps. Note Because there are several versions of Microsoft Windows, the following steps may be different on your computer. If they are, see your product documentation to complete these steps.
