You may receive one of the following error messages when you try to download premium content for Halo 2:
Installation of content failed. See www.xbox.com for more support information.
Note The error occurs when you download either the Bonus Map Pack or the Killtacular Pack.
Purchase failed. You will not be charged for this transaction. Please try again later.
Note The error occurs when you download the Killtacular Pack.
Important Message: You have an important message from Xbox Live. Would you like to go to Account Management in the Xbox dashboard? Account Management or continue offline.
Note The error occurs when you download the Killtacular Pack.
The error refers to damaged content. Currently, we do not know the exact error message. However, you receive this error message when you download the Bonus Map Pack or the Killtacular Pack.

Resolution

You must verify and update your credit card information in the Dashboard. You should also make sure premium content is enabled through the account manager in the Dashboard.
