When you remove an application by using Remove Programs
on an ARM processor-based device, an error message is displayed. The error
message states that directories that were not installed as part of the application
could not be removed. For example, the \Windows directory could not be removed.
This problem occurs because the WCELoad component that is used to expand and install
.cab files produces an uninstall log that is not valid.
