SYMPTOMS

When you try to start a group conversation in Microsoft Office Communicator 2005, the Start a Conversation with This Group command is not available.

CAUSE

This issue may occur if your group contains more than 31 members.

WORKAROUND

To work around this issue, limit your group to no more than 31 members.
