SYMPTOMS

In a Microsoft COM+ application, when you click to select the Leave running when idle check box, the Dllhost process may unexpectedly time out. This problem occurs when the application is idle for approximately 49.7 days.

CAUSE

This problem occurs because the COM+ program does not correctly calculate the idle time-out value.

RESOLUTION

Service pack information

STATUS
