For more information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:898457 Important For this hotfix to work, you must use MFCMAPI to delete PR_FOLDER_VIEWLIST (0x36EB0102) from the Inbox folder. This forces Outlook 2003 to recompute the list of views and to recache it in the property. Alternatively, you can use \Cleanviews. This deletes all existing views, but any new views will not have this problem.
