The dial-up connection to a remote network is continually dialed when a client computer makes a request for a URL that is not defined in any LDT in ISA Server 2004
On This PageSYMPTOMSIn Microsoft Internet Security and Acceleration (ISA) Server 2004, when a client computer makes a request for a URL that is not defined in any Local Domain Table (LDT), the dial-up connection to a remote network is continually dialed if a Dial on Demand connection is configured to connect to a remote network. Notes
CAUSEThis problem occurs because ISA Server 2004 does not know whether to use a DNS server on the remote network to resolve the requested URL.
