To find the difference between UTC and local time, use the Time Zone tab in the Date and Time tool in Control Panel.Date Time Version Size File name -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 10-Jun-2005 17:35 3.0.6132.0 122,880 Microsoft.BizTalk.CoreAdapter.dll STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section. MORE INFORMATIONThe FTP send adapter processes messages in one batch. When the message processing has completed, the FTP adapter notifies the End Point Manager (EPM) of the transmission status. If one transmission from an FTP send port succeeds, the FTP send adapter instructs the EPM to delete that message from the MessageBox database. If a transmission from an FTP port fails, the FTP send adapter instructs the EPM to use the backup transport. Because EPM batch processing is atomic, the operation fails if there is no backup transport configured. Therefore, the message that was delivered successfully is not deleted. The message remains in the MessageBox and has a status of "Delivered Not Consumed." When the Btsntsvc.exe service is restarted, the FTP adapter is instructed to deliver the message again.
