When you try to open a document in the Microsoft Works Word Processor program, or when you close the Works Word Processor program in one of the Microsoft Works products that are listed in the "Applies to" section, you receive the following error message: If you click Click Here in the error message, you receive an error signature that contains the following details:

This issue may occur if the printer driver for the printer that is installed on the computer is outdated.

To resolve this issue, install the most recent printer driver that is provided by the printer manufacturer for the printer. For more information, see the printer documentation.
