Channel E4 does not show up in the guide as a viewable station.

Channel E4 used to be a pay channel. As such, it was excluded from Media Center. Since it was recently converted to a free channel, changes within Media Center must be made to allow users to view this channel.

RESOLUTION

Open Registry Editor by clicking Start, then Run and typing ?regedit? in the text input area and clicking OK.
In Registry Editor, navigate to the key: My Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Media Center\Service\GLID.
Double-click on the ExclusionList value.
Remove the line ?E4? from the ?Value data? input text box, then click the OK button.
Start Media Center
From the Media Center Start Page, select Settings > TV > Set Up TV Signal
Reconfigure your TV signal by following the wizard steps.
From the Media Center Start Page, select Settings > TV > Guide > Edit Channels
Add E4 to your lineup by selecting the checkbox next to its name.
Save the changes.
