Images that are stored in OLE object fields do not appear correctly
CAUSEThis issue occurs when there is no OLE server program installed on the computer. In earlier versions of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Photo Editor was installed as an OLE server program. An OLE server program is not installed by Office 2003 or by the 2007 Office system. WORKAROUNDTo work around this issue, use one of the following methods. Method 1: Insert the picture as a linked pictureTo insert a picture as a linked picture, follow these steps, as appropriate for the version of Office that you are running.Office 2003
