In the video playback window in Microsoft Windows CE 5.0, Windows Media Video (.wmv) files appear blurry or are pixelated.
This problem occurs because an instruction code that is used in the video decoder is not supported in the Intel 854 chipset. The unsupported instruction code causes part of the decoding calculation to be skipped.
