FIX: In Windows CE 5.0, Windows Media Player does not update the display when you skip through a video file while it is paused

SYMPTOMS

In Microsoft Windows CE 5.0, you pause a video file in Microsoft Windows Media Player. Then, you press either the Fast Forward button or the Rewind button to skip through the video file while it is paused. When you do this, Windows Media Player does not update the display to show the video frame at the new position that results when you press and release the Fast Forward button or the Rewind button.

Prerequisites

This update is supported only if all previous updates for this product are also installed.

Restart requirement

After you install this update, you must perform a clean build of the whole platform. To clean the platform, click Clean on the Build menu. To build the platform, click Build Platform on the Build menu. You do not have to restart the computer after you apply this update.
