Some items in a deleted profile may exist in a new profile that has the same name as the deleted profile
You delete a profile, and then you create a new profile that has the same name as the deleted profile. When you reuse the name of the deleted profile, some items in the deleted profile may exist in the new profile.

To reestablish a secure SMTP connection, you must restart Outlook 2003.

Outlook 2003 cannot download e-mail through Post Office Protocol version 3 (POP3) after a connection to the server is restored
When Outlook 2003 automatically tries to download e-mail through POP3 after a connection to the server is restored, you receive an error message that is similar to the following:
Task 'ServerName - Receiving' reported error (0x80040125) : 'Changes made to the item were lost due to a reconnect with the server.
