. Make sure that the AV cable is connected correctly to your Xbox 360 console. To do this, disconnect the AV cable from your Xbox 360 console, and then firmly reconnect the cable. Note When you plug the AV cable in to your Xbox 360 console, the cable meets slight resistance before it is fully inserted. If you do not fully insert the cable, all four lights will flash on the Ring of Light or no video may be displayed on the screen. You know that the cable is fully inserted when the largest part of the connector is almost touching the case of the console. Check to make sure that the AV cable is cleanIf four red lights continue to flash, unplug the AV cable from the back of your console. Then, try wiping the metal area of the AV cable that plugs into the console. Do this by using a dry, soft, clean, chemical-free cloth. The metal area of the cable is the end that plugs into the console. Clean and wipe the metal area thoroughly, and then plug in the AV cable again.Try another AV cableIf the AV cable is connected correctly but the four red lights are still flashing, try using a different AV cable, if another cable is available.Additional supportIf the steps in the previous section did not resolve your issue, your console may have to be repaired.
