On This PageSYMPTOMSWhen you use Microsoft Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) on a Microsoft Windows Server 2003-based computer to query and to collect memory-related information, the Win32_OperatingSystem WMI class may display incorrect values for the TotalVirtualMemorySize parameter or for the FreeVirtualMemory parameter. This problem occurs if the values that are returned for the TotalVirtualMemorySize parameter or for the FreeVirtualMemory parameter are greater than 4 gigabytes (GB).
