When you try to install Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services Service Pack 2 on a computer that is running Microsoft Windows Server 2003, Enterprise Edition for Itanium-based Systems, you receive the following error message:We do not support the installation of Windows SharePoint Services Service Pack 2 on a computer that is running Windows Server 2003, Enterprise Edition for Itanium-based Systems. Although Windows SharePoint Services Service Pack 2 is not supported on a computer that is running Windows Server 2003, Enterprise Edition for Itanium-based Systems, Windows SharePoint Services Service Pack 2 is supported on a computer that is running an x64-based version of Windows Server 2003 if the computer is running in 32-bit emulation mode.
