The e-mail address or password you entered is not valid. Please try again. CAUSEThis happens if you use an incorrect Windows Live ID e-mail address and password when you try to add Xbox LIVE to an Xbox 360 gamer profile. You must use the e-mail address and password that you use to sign in to other Windows Live ID Web sites. Note You can have only one Xbox 360 gamer profile associated with your Windows Live ID account. You cannot add Xbox LIVE to your Xbox 360 gamer profile by using a Windows Live ID account that is already associated with a different gamer profile. THINGS TO TRYYou can use a new Windows Live ID to add Xbox LIVE to your Xbox 360 gamer profile. If your Windows Live ID is associated to a different gamer profile, you will have to use a different Windows Live ID to upgrade your gamer profile.Make sure that the Windows Live ID credentials that you use are the same ones that you used originally to sign in to Xbox LIVE. After you have confirmed that you are using the correct Windows Live ID, again try to upgrade your offline Gamertag in your Xbox 360 gamer profile.
