The account recovery feature lets you download your profile information from the Xbox Live servers. Note You must have an Xbox storage device to use the account recovery feature. You can use the account recovery feature if you have an Xbox 360 Memory Unit or Xbox 360 Hard Drive. Note Don't use the account recovery feature when you're on the go. If you want to take your Xbox Live enabled profile with you to a friend’s house, you should use a memory unit. THINGS TO TRYTo use account recovery, follow these steps.
