按照它們列示的順序試一下以下解決辦法：

關閉 Xbox 360 主機，中斷並重新連接所有纜線，然後再重新啟動主機。如果此步驟無法解決問題，嘗試步驟 2。
關閉主機，然後中斷連接所有連接的周邊設備，例如控制器、Xbox 360 記憶匣以及 Xbox 360 硬碟。移除這些周邊設備之後，請重新啟動主機，看看問題是否仍然存在並指出問題是出在主機還是周邊設備。如果此步驟無法解決問題，嘗試步驟 3。
