If you try to edit or move the text or objects that are contained in the publication, you cannot make the changes as expected. Additionally, most menu commands, toolbar buttons, and dialog box options are not available. For example, the following items may not be available:
CAUSEThis issue may occur if one or more of the embedded fonts that are used in the publication are preview-only fonts. When you use preview-only fonts, you can view and print the publication. However, you cannot make any changes in the publication. WORKAROUNDTo work around this issue, use one of the following methods. Method 1: Do not load a preview-only fontTo prevent the loading of preview-only fonts in a publication, follow these steps:
