On This PageSYMPTOMSMicrosoft Office InfoPath 2003 may stop responding when you repeatedly click the Delete command button to delete sections in a repeating section table on a form. Additionally, you may receive an error message that is similar to the following: Microsoft InfoPath has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. CAUSEThe problem occurs because the Mshtml.dll shared system component experiences an access violation. The problem occurs when Mshtml.dll processes button-focus events at the same time that the document that hosts the buttons reloads. InfoPath 2003 uses Mshtml.dll to display a form. RESOLUTIONService pack informationTo resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows Server 2003.
