On This PageSYMPTOMSAfter you install Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services Service Pack 2 (SP2), the Business Activity Services (BAS) Messaging Adapter does not work as expected. The BAS Messaging Adapter cannot receive messages from the BAS site and submit the messages to Microsoft BizTalk Server 2004. Additionally, BAS and Business Activity Monitoring (BAM) integration does not work correctly. When this problem occurs, BAM displays hyperlinks to activity-related documents that no longer exist in SharePoint. However, the BAS Messaging Adapter still sends messages to SharePoint as expected.
