Description of the Microsoft Windows registry SYMPTOMSOn the server that is running Microsoft Exchange Server and the Microsoft CRM-Exchange E-Mail Router Service, an error message that is similar to one of the following may be logged in the application event log:

CAUSEThis issue occurs if one of the following conditions is true:
RESOLUTIONTo give the Exchange server the appropriate permissions, you must add the Exchange server computer account to the PrivUser group in Active Directory.
To do this, follow these steps:
