Larry Meinstein is a support engineer in the Enterprise Business Application group. During his nine years at Microsoft, Larry has supported Microsoft Excel, FrontPage, Outlook, Entourage, and Outlook Web Access. Larry is currently a member of the Exchange Client Team. Bob Cooley has more than 17 years of experience working in the information technology industry. He has worked for Microsoft for over 6 years. Bob started out as a support engineer for Microsoft Outlook and has progressed through the roles of mentor, technical lead, and partner technical lead. He has also been a beta engineer for Outlook 2002, Outlook 2003 and Business Contact Manager. Bob is now a Supportability Program Manager for three products: Outlook, Business Contact Manager, and Outlook Express. He is currently involved in the Microsoft Office 12, Outlook Express 7, and Business Contact Manager V3 betas.
