Xbox 360 users who use a credit card can store information for multiple cards. You can select the card that you want to use when you purchase points for downloadable content, and when you manage subscription renewals. You can also use different credit cards for your membership and points bundle purchases.
Note Adding a new credit card does not automatically enable it for purchases. You have to add the payment instrument and set it as the default payment instrument before you can use it.

Add a credit card
To add a credit card, use one of the following methods.
Account Management
| 1. | In the Xbox Dashboard, select the profile that you want to modify, and then select Account Management. |
| 2. | Select Memberships. |
| 3. | Select the membership that you want to update. |
| 4. | Select Change Payment Options. |
| 5. | Select Add Credit Card. |
| 6. | Enter the credit card information for the card that you want to add. |
Xbox Live Marketplace
| 1. | In the Xbox Dashboard, select Xbox Live Marketplace. |
| 2. | Select Account Management. |
| 3. | Select Memberships. |
| 4. | Select the membership that you want to modify. |
| 5. | Select Change Payment Options. |
| 6. | Select Add Credit Card. |
| 7. | Enter the credit card information for the card that you want to add. |

Microsoft Points
| 1. | In the Xbox Dashboard, select Xbox Live Marketplace. |
| 2. |
Hit the X-button for the Add Points Wizard. |
| 3. | Select the denomination for the Points that you want. |
| 4. |
The purchase price appears, along with the last four digits of the payment instrument to be charged. |
| 5. |
To add a new payment instrument or change the default payment instrument used for points purchases, select Change Payment Options. |
The default payment instrument should show up for future points purchases.
