The specified service has been marked for deletion. iSCSI installation did not complete. Windows has been partially updated and may not work properly.
STOP 0x0000007B (parameter1, parameter2, parameter3, parameter4) INVALID_BOOT_DEVICE CAUSE This problem occurs because the computer was not restarted after the first changes were made to the iSCSI Install package. For example, this problem may occur if the following conditions occur in the order that they are listed:

To prevent this problem, restart the computer after you modify the Microsoft iSCSI Install package. To resolve this problem if you cannot start the computer, use either of the following methods.
