SYMPTOMS

The battery charges slowly when you use the charge cable from the Xbox 360 Play & Charge Kit to charge an Xbox 360 Rechargeable Battery Pack.

CAUSE

The charging process takes longer if you use the Xbox 360 Wireless Controller at the same time that you use the charge cable to charge the rechargeable battery in the wireless controller.

THINGS TO TRY

1.For quicker results, use the Xbox 360 Quick Charge Kit to charge the battery when you are not using the controller.

MORE INFORMATION

It takes longer for the rechargeable battery in a wireless controller to charge when you use the controller when the battery is being charged. Games that use vibration feedback increase the charge time.

By using the Play & Charge Kit, an exhausted battery can require 20 minutes of charging time to power a controller enough for you to use.
