SYMPTOMS

In Microsoft Office Project 2003, you use Project Data Service to create a task-level enterprise outline code structure in which all levels of the outlined code are expanded. Then you try to use Project Data Service to add a new task-level enterprise outline code. When you do this, all task-level enterprise outline codes are collapsed.

For example, you create a task-level enterprise outline code structure in which all levels of the outlined code are expanded as follows:

-Level 1
- sublevel 11
- sublevel 12

- Level 2
- sublevel 21
- sublevel 22
- sublevel 221
When you use Project Data Service to add a new task-level enterprise outline code, the outlined codes are collapsed as follows:

+ Level 1
+ Level 2
