This problem occurs when you use the MOMInfo.exe tool together with the maintenance mode parameter. In this case, the MOM Operator console may display the following messages. After you try to start maintenance modeAfter you try to start exit mode When you view the computer's agent status in the MOM 2005 Operator console, the agent may not show the expected maintenance mode status. CAUSEThis problem is caused by a timing issue that occurs when MOM 2005 processes internal events to determine the agent mode.
