This article will help you resolve this issue. SYMPTOMSWhen you play or rip (copy) music from an audio CD on your Xbox 360 console, some music metadata, such as Compact Disc Database (CDDB) information, may not automatically appear. CAUSEThis issue may occur when you try to play or rip an audio CD with a gamer profile that is not associated with a Silver Xbox LIVE membership, and you haven't signed in to Xbox LIVE. You must have a free Silver Xbox LIVE profile to access metadata services. THINGS TO TRYTo resolve this issue, you will have to create an Xbox LIVE profile, and then sign in to Xbox LIVE before you play or rip an audio CD on your Xbox 360 console.
