Consider the following scenario. In Microsoft Outlook, you decide to create a rule. During this process, you click to select the

This issue may occur when the following conditions are true:
| • | The Outlook profile contains a Microsoft Exchange folder. |
| • | The Outlook profile contains a personal folders (.pst) file. |
| • | Incoming e-mail messages are delivered to the .pst file. |

To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
| 1. | On the Tools menu, click E-mail Accounts. |
| 2. | Click View or change existing e-mail accounts, and then click Next. |
| 3. | In the Deliver new e-mail to the following location box, click the appropriate Microsoft Exchange folder, and then click Finish. |
