resources. Close some windows or programs and try again. CAUSEThis issue may be caused by one or more of the following conditions:
RESOLUTIONTo resolve this issue, use one or more of the following methods. Method 1: Run the MAPI Repair ToolIf the Mapi32.dll file is damaged or incorrect, run the MAPI Repair Tool (Fixmapi.exe). Method 2: Delete a damaged e-mail messageIf the Inbox contains a damaged e-mail message, you must delete the damaged message. To do this, try to move the e-mail messages in the Inbox to a personal folder. If a message is damaged, you will not be able to move the message. For example, move a group of messages to a personal folder. If the group does not move, try to move an individual e-mail message to the personal folder. After you determine which message is damaged, delete the damaged message.Method 3: Create a new e-mail profileThis issue may occur when your current e-mail profile is damaged. To resolve this issue, create a new e-mail profile.
