SYMPTOMSYou may find that your Bluetooth device does not work with your Microsoft Windows Mobile-based device. CAUSEThis problem may occur because your Bluetooth device has a PIN code that includes alphanumeric characters. However, Windows Mobile for Smartphone
and PocketPC devices only allows for the PIN code to contain numeric characters.
RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, change the PIN code on the
