SYMPTOMS

When you try to play music from your Apple iPod device on your Xbox 360, you notice that dynamically created on-the-go playlists are not available.

CAUSE

This happens when the dynamically created on-the-go playlists are not saved on the device.

THINGS TO TRY

1.Make sure that the playlist is synchronized with the computer or with iTunes. Playlists that aren't synchronized won't be available on the Xbox 360 console.
2.Create playlists from your iPod on the Xbox 360. For more information about how to save a playlist, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
