THINGS TO TRY

Make sure that your console sits flat on a flat surface.

Note It is not important if the console is horizontal or vertical.
Make sure that there is nothing on top of your console.
Verify that the disc is not warped or bent.
If the console does not stop vibrating, the console may require repair. Contact Xbox Customer Service. For more information, see the "Additional support" section.
