CAUSEThis issue may occur if the PCM and DVDLauncher services are running in the background. The PCM service is used to start media programs faster. The DVDLauncher is a program that is used for DVD playback. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this issue, plug in a wireless receiver, and then check for updates.
