This hotfix makes the delegate that has been deleted in Active Directory (also known as the ghosted delegate) visible to the delegating Outlook user on the Delegates tab on the Outlook client. The delegating user must open Outlook after the hotfix is applied, and then manually delete the "ghosted delegate" entry.
